Have a look at the man on the left and learn something. His name is Dave Heeley and he is on a mission to do 7 Marathons in 7 countries in 7 days.

A marathon if anyone doesn't know is 42kms

Oh I forgot to mention HE IS BLIND

He became blind suddenly and wants to give back to the

blind dogs association for pairing him with a gorgeous guide dog

and giving him FREEDOM.

He wants us all to know that the only limitations that we face are the

one's we place on ourselves.

I've never mentioned this in my blog before but I have an eye disease called

Kerratoconnus. I forget I have it apart from wearing contacts daily and not

being able to read number plates or recognize people.

Just lately my vision has got quite bad I find it hard to focus on things and

feel I'm in a little cocoon.

Then I read the story about Dave and I have little to complain

about.

Appreciate what you have and not what you don't have and

live your best life
